Remove from car
Remove Vents
Remove anything left that snaps out
Using Dremel with cutoff wheel:
	From hazard light switch hole, cut straight up from top left corner
	From hazard light switch hole, cut straight right from bottom right corner
	From right side vent trim straight down
	Trim center piece
	Trim anything remaining
Lightly sand edges to remove rough spots
Cut piece of paper to fit opening
Trace onto cardboard, cut out, carefully bend, test fit
Repeat last two steps until satisfied
Cut piece of plexi glass frem cardboard mold (Piece 1)
Using heat gun, make a 30ish degree bend in the plexiglass
Place screen in desired position, trace around corners
Make 4 "L" brackets out of scrap plexiglass, epoxy onto lines (Pieces 2,3,4,5)
Cut out rectangular plexiglass piece to lay over the display (Piece 6)
Cut out rectangular plexiglass pieces to fit between Piece 6 and Piece 1. (Pieces 7,8)
Tape Pieces 7 and 8 to Piece 6
Mark and drill holes for machine screws in Pieces 6,7,8
Countersink holes to fit tapered screws in Pieces 7,8
Epoxy Pieces 7,8 to Piece 1 with screws in place
Check fitment
	Lay down screen
	Lay down plexiglass
	Screw on locknuts lightly
Mark and cut hole for screen
Drill hole for button
cut hole for switch
Place VFD in desired location
Measure and cut Pieces 9 and 10 to fit each set of bolt holes for the VFD
Drill and countersink holes for Pieces 9 and 10
Check fitment
	Place screws, screw on nuts
	Place VFD, screw on locknuts lightly
Epoxy Pieces 9 and 10 onto Piece 1
Mark and cut hole for VFD
Sand all plexiglass edges smooth
Sand around edge where plexiglass will contact plastic frame
Remove paint from inside edge of plastic frame where it will contact plexiglass
Check fitment
Prepare blocks of wood and C clamps to hold everything in place
Clamp without gluing at least once to make sure you've covered everything
Prepare a plastic epoxy that gives you sufficient working time (at least 15 min)
Coat inside edge of frame with epoxy/glue
Coat edge of plexiglass (only where finish sanded away) with epoxy/glue
Clamp plexiglass into frame, allow to cure
Install displays
