It was an exciting day in Harold's life. Today was the day he got to roll up his toothpaste. You see, Harold, like most people, had an inner conflict. One of the ways in which he acted out this conflict was in how he dispensed his toothpaste. Most of the time, Harold simply squeezed in the middle and put some toothpaste on his brush. Today, however, he had squeezed enough that he could roll up the end a bit. After putting toothpaste on, Harold calmly set his toothbrush down, looking at the tube carefully, He assesed the shape, noting a buldge here or there that could cause him problems. Harold checked the cap. It seemed to fit snug. He was not ready to repeat the hair gel fiasco again. Working methodically, with a careful precision, Harold worked the toothpaste toward the front of the tube. Having collected the toothpaste, Harold proceeded to the folding. He meticulously rolled the end of the tube over on itself, ensuring that the soft metal creased at just the right spot, and that the now larger folded portion was still square. Satisfied with a job well done, Harold put the toothpaste back into the cabinet. Such was his satisfaction, in fact, that upon discovering his toothbrush upside down, the paste slowly rolling down the side of his sink's gleaming white pedistal, he merely sighed, got his toothpaste out again, and carelessly squirted a glob of toothpaste onto his damp brush.
