I filled up with diesel in Pocatello, ID, drove all around the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone, and didn't refuel until I reached Butte, MT. Total distance driven was 1028 km, using 49.97 l. It was a good trip, and nothing went wrong with my car. I drove a total of 3991km. Here's some stats: </p> <ul> <li>232.47 liters of diesel</li> <li>$202.44US spent on fuel</li> <li>5.54 l/100km average</li> <li>671 km average per tank</li> <li>978.5 km was the max distance between fills</li> </ul> <p> I was so close to joining the megameter club too. Oh well, I'll join it soon. I forgot to reset the trip meter until I was 2 miles down the road, so I really did 553 miles. </p> <p> According to <a href="http://pfuel.sourceforge.net/">pFuel</a> I traveled 553 miles at 42.28 MPG, with an overall cost of $0.07/mile. </p> <p> I'll post a pic of my odometer and trip meter from the trip once it's been developed. </p>
